Pricing
$20 to $25 per enrolled patient per month
That is the whole platform fee. Against typical combined reimbursement, practices keep the large majority of what Medicare pays. No setup fee, no long contract.
Common questions
How much staff time does this take?
Most of the month is automatic: readings arrive on their own and stable patients need nothing. Staff time goes to reviewing flags and the monthly check-in calls, and Tendivo logs that time as you go so it becomes your billing documentation.
What devices do patients use?
Cellular blood pressure cuffs that the clinic sources. They transmit over their own connection, so patients need no smartphone, wifi, or app.
Who handles the billing?
Your existing biller does, in your existing system. Tendivo produces the reading counts and time logs each claim needs, and we walk your biller through the first cycle.
Does it replace our EHR?
No. Tendivo runs alongside your EHR and no integration is required to start. It handles the monitoring program; your EHR stays the system of record for everything else.

Medicare patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension or diabetes, after they consent to the program. Your local Medicare rules govern the details.
