Built because of my father

When my father got sick, his medical history lived in pieces: one hospital's portal, another clinic's filing system, printouts in a folder at home. Every new doctor started from zero, and the people who loved him could never see the whole picture at once.

I'm Jermaine Barker, a Guyanese-American technologist and the founder of JMCB Technology Group in Washington, D.C. I've spent my career in health technology, and I still couldn't assemble one readable record for my own family. That gap is what Tendivo closes: every export in one timeline, nothing dropped, and a clinician confirming anything the AI proposes.

Tendivo is small on purpose. It does one thing carefully, for the two groups who need it most: families holding a folder of records, and the small clinics who care for them.
